We do not guarantee jobs, income, clients, promotions, or specific outcomes.

4. User Responsibilities
By using Habiter, you agree that you will:

behave respectfully during live sessions,
not disrupt workshops or communities.
You must not:
record, copy, distribute, or resell any content,
share login links or access with others,
misuse our platform or community spaces.
Violation may result in removal without refund.
5. Payments & Pricing

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Refund & Cancellation
At Habiter, we aim to provide high-quality learning experiences. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
a) Paid Workshops
Once a workshop is purchased, refunds are generally not provided, unless explicitly mentioned on the workshop registration page.
If a refund is allowed for a specific workshop, the terms (amount, timeline, and conditions) will be clearly stated on the payment or registration page.
Requests made after the workshop has started will not be eligible for a refund.
b) Cancellation or Rescheduling by Habiter
If Habiter cancels a workshop, participants will be offered:
a full refund or
an option to attend the rescheduled session or a future workshop.
If a workshop is rescheduled, participants who are unable to attend the new date may request a refund.
c) No-Shows & Partial Attendance
No refunds will be provided for:
failure to attend the workshop,
partial attendance,
inability to attend due to personal reasons,
technical issues on the participant’s side (internet, device, etc.).
d) Free Workshops
Free workshops are not eligible for refunds.
Habiter reserves the right to limit access or bonuses for free events.
e) Programs & Future Offerings
Refund terms for longer programs, cohorts, or memberships (if introduced in the future) will be communicated clearly at the time of enrollment.
f) How to Request a Refund (If Applicable)
Refund requests (where applicable) must be sent in writing to:

7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Habiter, including:
videos,
slides,
frameworks,
written material,
brand name, logo, and design,
is the intellectual property of Habiter or its content partners.
You may not:

reproduce,
distribute,
sell,
any content without written permission.
8. Third-Party Experts & Content
Some workshops may be delivered by external experts.

does not control personal opinions of speakers,
is not responsible for individual viewpoints expressed,
